NEW FOOD CART TO OPEN MID-LATE APRIL!

A new Food Cart is going to be rolling up and down the streets of NoDa come late April. It's not going to be an ordinary food cart, but an experience for all that pass by.

This is Full Circle Food Cart.

My goal is to bring flavor, art, agriculture, entertainment and commerce full circle. I will be using local ingredients that I personally helped plant and propagate in the Charlotte area. I will also use ingredients and flavors that are influenced from other cultures all around the world. I will also be working with local artists in NoDa to help produce fun stamps, packaging, stickers, and artwork to go along with the food. The entertainment is going to be an exciting part of the endeavor as well but I'm going to let that remain a secret until the time draws closer...
