Full Circle is a concept created by Chef Caleb Dickerson in an attempt to bring fun and unique street food to the people of Charlotte. Currently, the cart serves up fun snacks with flavors inspired from around the world. Soon, with some hard work and legislative action, Full Circle will be serving full, authentic meals in a quick and convenient fashion.
